Shipping & Delivery
We ship our products to Germany and – where stated in the product description – to other countries within the European Union.
Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process and are to be paid by the customer unless free shipping is explicitly offered.
For deliveries outside Germany, additional costs such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These costs are not charged by us and must be borne by the customer.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery times are as follows:

Germany: 2–5 business days

EU countries: 5–10 business days
The delivery period begins:

for advance payment, on the day after the payment order is placed with the transferring bank;

for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.
If the final day of the delivery period falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery will take place on the next business day.
Partial Shipments
Partial deliveries are permitted provided they are reasonable for the customer.
No additional shipping costs will be charged for partial shipments.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Condition of Returned Dance Shoes
Dance shoes may be tried on indoors on a clean surface only, solely for the purpose of checking fit, comfort, and suitability.
Returned items should be:

clean and undamaged
-
free from signs of outdoor use, wear, or alterations

returned in the original packaging where possible
The customer is only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the characteristics, size, and fit of the dance shoes.
Transfer of Risk
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery of the goods.
Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details or failure to collect the parcel, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs, provided the customer is responsible for the failed delivery.
