Pleaser uses US sizes.
US 5 equals EU 35, US 10 equals EU 40. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up. Not sure? Send us the shoe’s stock no. and your usual size – we will help you choose.

Heel height
Which height suits you?
What matters is the difference between heel and platform. The higher the platform, the flatter your foot sits – which is why a 20 cm Flamingo often feels more comfortable than the number suggests. The exact measurements are listed on every product page.
Ankle boot or sandal?
Support for spins, freedom for your feet
Ankle boots give more ankle support and protection during floorwork. Sandals and slides are lighter and quicker to put on and take off. Many dancers train in both.

Questions & answers
Which size should I choose?
Pleaser uses US sizes: US 5 = EU 35, US 6 = EU 36, US 7 = EU 37, US 8 = EU 38, US 9 = EU 39, US 10 = EU 40. If you are between sizes, we recommend going one size up. Not sure? Message us – we are happy to advise you.
Can I pick up in Munich and pay in cash?
Yes. You can pick up your shoes from us by appointment at Lichtensteinstraße 2A, 81375 Munich – choose “Pickup” at checkout or simply message us. You can also pay in cash when picking up.
Do you deliver to my club?
In Munich we can bring your shoes to your club on request – you can pay in cash there too. Just send us the stock no., your size and the club.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship from Munich. Delivery time: Germany 2–5 business days, other EU countries 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
My size is sold out – can you reorder it?
Yes, we reorder directly from Pleaser USA on a regular basis. It usually takes about 4–5 weeks until the shoes arrive in Munich. Send us the stock no. and your size and we will get back to you.
What is the stock no. on the product page?
It is our internal number for style and colour, e.g. PL116. If you send us a screenshot or a message, we can find your shoe in our stock right away.
Can I return the shoes?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Please try the shoes on indoors on a clean floor only and return them in the original box if possible. You bear the cost of the return. All details are in our cancellation policy.

Yes. We buy directly from Pleaser USA in California. Dance & Animate is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Pleaser USA, Inc.
